Different categories of data carry differentiated retention cycles: general advertising behavioral logs are stored for up to 12 months; device identification data for ad targeting is retained for a maximum of 24 months; crash and technical operation logs are reserved for 6 months for fault troubleshooting. Business consultation emails submitted voluntarily by users will be stored for 3 years to respond to follow-up cooperation inquiries.

If local regulatory authorities require extended data storage for audit, tax or legal dispute resolution, we will preserve relevant records in line with statutory retention terms, and thoroughly erase all non-mandatory personal identifiers once the legal storage period expires.

After the retention cycle ends, our backend system triggers automatic data clearing tasks. For data that cannot be fully deleted due to technical limitations, we implement irreversible anonymization so that the processed information can no longer be linked back to any specific individual user.
